The tuck case of the Inferno Playing Cards features a two-piece tuck case. The outer sleeve acts as a window for you to stare into the abyss of the Inferno. With gold/silver foil stamping and laser cutting. Each cutout allows you to see the actual tuck case with intricate details.
Outer Sleeve:
When the sleeve and the tuck case are enclosed, you are greeted with the devil peeking on top of the circle cutout at the front of the tuck case, as if waiting for you to enter the inferno. At the bottom, you can see the cutout of the name of the deck “Inferno” with hellfire burning through the cutout.
The back of the sleeve features a symmetrical design of the hellhole with a circle cutout in the middle. You can catch the designs such as Baphomet, skulls, devils, and monsters, etc.
Tuck Case:
The actual tuck case features green/purple foils throughout, as if the flames of the underworld is burning for eternity.
You can now see the full length of the devil with the wings opened. Along with the fire burning behind, we can also see chains tied to this devil, while he laughs maniacally.
At the back of the tuck case you can see the center with a creature that is about to devour your soul, daring you to enter the inferno.
The back design takes the design when you combine the sleeve and the tuck case. For the GREEN Edition, you are greeted with green and gold colour scheme. While the PURPLE Edition, you can see silver and purple colour schemes.
At the four corners of the back design, skulls take over them, however, this is not a skull of a man, but a skull of a devil as you can see with the horns. Even at the inferno, monsters burn along with the flames.
When you think of court cards of playing cards, you often think about the royalties such as kings and queens, but we often forget that kings and queens don’t only exist in kingdoms, they also exist in different forms and different worlds. For the spades, the highest above all, is ruled by the devil’s. Each with devilish horns, pointy ears, and deadly tails with a spike. Don’t get too comfortable as these are the ones that are closest to human forms.
The hearts are the Baphomet family, unlike the devil’s horns, they now take on a larger horn. To identify them you can look at their wings. These kings and queens are not human, but rather a creature combining different animals, or even – abomination.
The diamonds are the skeleton family. They wear the clothes of the royal and armours of the brave, but they are missing the most important thing man posses – the soul. Imagine being trapped in the Inferno for eternity, All thats left are skulls.
The clubs are true monsters. But don’t say it out loud or they might hear ya! Each creature is ready to take you into the inferno if you are not careful. Unless you wish to be turned into stones.
The aces show the leaders of the court cards, each cleverly taking the form of the suits while having their details. It is haunting to hold all four aces together and look at them, because you feel that all four of them are staring back at you.
The number cards are a special one in the Inferno Playing Cards. Each suit is redesigned as well as each number. The numbers take the form of an ancient font, as if the inks are made with the devil’s blood.
The suit and pattern now follow a symmetrical design, when you look closely, you can see that there are inner strokes surrounding the suit with respective colours of each edition.
The jokers feature a creature that guards the underworld – the three headed dog. This creature takes the body of a ferocious dog and a devilish wing, while having a tail of a living serpent. Although chained, it is still unclear how long it will hold before the three heads wreak havoc.
When you purchase at least ONE PAIR of Inferno cards, this gives you limited demonic access to the Violet Vengeance and Emerald Blaze GILDED EDITIONS. Each of these gilded editions will be limited to 199 decks and will be available as an ADD-ON OPTION on May 20th at 11 AM ET. Each deck will come with a unique numbered seal, which makes these great collector’s items. This add-on is the exact same as the gilded decks we are offering as rewards for those of you who are pledging for at least one brick but to clear up confusion, we are no longer creating 299 and will instead be making 199 gilded decks so that we can make this item rarer for all you collectors. We will NOT be selling these again after the Kickstarter campaign so be sure you are on time so you do not miss out.
I have always been in great passion at demonic art and culture. The Sleeved Tuck Case is a step up to my previous UV Technology Deck. The opening and closing action really feels like you are entering the Inferno. I hope with this project, you can appreciate the demon culture as much as I do.
