Terms & Conditions (T&C) for Private Vault Appointments

- Non-Refundable Fee: The $500 deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the costs associated with the immediate, prioritized sourcing, preparation, and expert time dedicated to fulfilling your unique request.
- No Purchase (Items Presented): If, after the appointment, you choose not to purchase any of the items presented, the $500 deposit is automatically converted into permanent store credit with no expiry date.
- Condition Acceptance: All items presented during the Private Vault Appointment are sold as is and will be accompanied by a detailed condition report. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge acceptance of the item’s vintage condition.
