– EPCC is a Taiwanese company, as I’m sure you already know. What they mean is that this was designed and distributed in USA, Printed in Taiwan. This is not Made in China, they’ve just used the old politicised name of Taiwan: Province of China, or Republic of China as shown on old Taiwanese passports.
